About the Himalaya Rally 2007

The Himalaya Rally A Classic Adventure

The Himalaya Rally for Classic Cars - Udaipur to Calcutta via Bhutan

A classic driving adventure from royal Rajasthan to the ancient Indian capital city of Calcutta through the Himalaya mountains via the secretaive kingdom of Bhutan.

The Himalaya Classic Rally visits some of the most unspoiled and challenging places in the world, winding through the Himalayas in India, Nepal and Bhutan for an unforgettable journey in some of the most splendidly evocative scenery anywhere. It offers the adventurer a never-ending and ever-changing canvas of colour, romance, dreams, splendour, exotic animals and breathtaking landscape.

As organisers successful Himalaya Rally and Jewel of India events we know it could be a life changing experience and as one happy participant said after the last event, “it has proved a tough, raw and deeply challenging event. I have experienced visual and emotional extremes, and while it may seem hackneyed to say it, I don’t think my life will be quite the same again.

“The rally has tested me in many different ways, and I know that the experience will stay vivid in my mind for many years to come.”

In between drives which last from a few hours to a full day, we have arranged for the best and often unmatched luxurious accommodation possible for each night stop. From Palaces to historic houses the night’s rest will be the pick of the best.

The cost of this event is £18,800 for two people and discounts are available for early registration and payment.
